We don’t accept exchange/ret urn of un-used or used products, once sold or delivered.

Vanya is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in
- Return and exchange requests will be subject to inspection by Team Vanya.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Shipping charge is non-refundable. Shipping charge would not be included in the refund amount.
- Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the refund process will be completed in 7-25 business days.
